IMANI BOUTIQUE SPA – GIFT VOUCHER TERMS & CONDITIONS

Effective from June 2024:

1. Booking with Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers must be redeemed by booking via phone or SMS, with the voucher code provided at the time of booking. If booking online, the voucher code must be included in the notes section. Imani Boutique Spa reserves the right to refuse or charge in full for bookings made without prior voucher notice or code confirmation.

2. Voucher Validity
Unless otherwise specified at the time of sale, all gift vouchers are valid for three (3) years from the date of issue, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
However, vouchers sold as part of a temporary promotion or special offer—such as limited-time discounts, bundled services, or seasonal campaigns—are valid for twelve (12) months from the date of issue. These vouchers are exempt from the three-year rule under ACL guidelines.

3. Proof of Issue Date
Where the physical voucher date is unclear or illegible, the date of issue from the original digital or sales record will be used as the official start of the validity period. This record will be final and not subject to dispute.

4. Usage Limits
A maximum of two gift vouchers may be redeemed per client, per day. Please ensure this is arranged at the time of booking.

5. Cancellation and No-Show Policy
Gift vouchers function as deposits under our booking policy. Changes to bookings must be made with at least 48 hours’ notice. Changes made with less notice will incur a rescheduling fee of $25 per hour of booked service.
If a client cancels within 24 hours or fails to attend their appointment, the gift voucher will be voided to the full value of the missed appointment. Any remaining value beyond the forfeited amount will remain on the voucher.

6. Non-Transferability
Gift vouchers are not redeemable for cash, cannot be used to purchase retail products, and may not be resold or transferred without prior written approval from Imani Boutique Spa.

7. Promotional Treatment Restrictions
If you use a voucher to book a promotional treatment (e.g., a discounted seasonal or bundled package), the voucher remains valid for twelve (12) months, unless a shorter timeframe was clearly stated during the promotion.

If the exact treatment no longer exists (e.g., has been discontinued or modified), it is at the sole discretion of Imani Boutique Spa to offer an equivalent alternative. This must be used within the original promotional validity period. Vouchers for expired promotions cannot be transferred to unrelated treatments outside of that promotional context.
